Refund policy
This is a one-time trial and is non-refundable after campaign assets are delivered or the trial is activated. If you experience any issues during onboarding, contact us within 7 days.

After purchase (what happens next)

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the intake form.

2. Submit brand info and preferred dates.

3. We prepare the campaign and share a go-live checklist.

4. Launch and measure results.

Payment Terms

• Payment for the $200 Trial Plan may be made via credit card (through Stripe) or bank transfer.

• Bank transfer payments should be sent to PPwork.kk (Japan). Bank account details will be provided upon request.

• The trial will not be activated until payment is confirmed.

• All payments are non-refundable once the trial assets are delivered or the campaign has started.
