What happens to your content

This page explains in plain terms how tiCreative handles content submitted for diagnostic review — including unpublished proposals, client reports, and confidential materials.

Transmitted securely

All content is sent over HTTPS. Data in transit is encrypted end-to-end.

Processed, not stored

Content submitted for review is used only to generate the diagnostic result. It is not written to any database or file storage.

Not used for AI training

tiCreative runs on Amazon Bedrock. Under AWS data handling policy, input data is not used to train or improve foundation models.

No logs of input content

Input text and images are excluded from system logs. Only error events are recorded for operational purposes.

Deleted after response

No residual copy of your content exists after the diagnostic response is returned.

Infrastructure

tiCreative is hosted on AWS infrastructure managed by tiDocs Pte Ltd. All processing occurs within the Asia Pacific region (Singapore).

Discovery and schema customisation

For agencies that proceed to a Custom implementation, tiCreative conducts a Reviewer Setup session to design a proprietary diagnostic schema. Information shared during this process is handled as follows:

Common failure patterns in drafts
Competitive positioning and differentiation criteria

How it is used

Schema design	Used solely to design the custom diagnostic schema for that agency
Other agencies	Never used to inform schema design for any other client
Product improvement	Not used to improve tiCreative's standard diagnostic framework
Third parties	Never shared with or disclosed to third parties

Storage and access

Custom schema definitions are stored in tiDocs' managed AWS environment (Singapore region), in encrypted storage with restricted access. Only tiDocs personnel directly responsible for the engagement have access.

Upon termination

Scenario	Handling
Subscription terminated	Custom schema is decommissioned. Agency may request written confirmation of deletion.
Agency requests return of information	tiDocs will provide a written summary of schema design decisions and delete all internal records upon confirmation.
