tiCreative is a diagnostic tool that identifies patterns and potential risks in creative and proposal content. All diagnostic outputs, findings, and flags produced by tiCreative are provided for informational purposes only.
All decisions regarding content, proposals, client submissions, and business outcomes remain solely with the user. tiDocs Pte Ltd does not make recommendations, does not suggest corrections, and does not direct any course of action.
tiDocs Pte Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from the use of tiCreative diagnostic outputs. The user assumes full responsibility for evaluating, interpreting, and acting upon any findings produced by the tool.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using tiCreative and related services provided by tiDocs Pte Ltd ("tiDocs", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organisations accessing tiCreative on behalf of their employer or clients.
2. Description of Service
tiCreative is a content diagnostic tool that analyses submitted text and visual content for:
- AI-generated language patterns
- Market frequency risk (overused expressions)
- Discipline check criteria configured to the user's agency standards
tiCreative produces diagnostic reports only. It does not rewrite, correct, or provide recommendations on submitted content.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Decision-making responsibility
The user is solely responsible for all decisions made in connection with content submitted to tiCreative. tiDocs provides diagnostic information only. The interpretation of diagnostic outputs and all subsequent actions are the user's sole responsibility.
3.2 Content responsibility
The user warrants that they have the right to submit content for diagnostic review and that such submission does not violate any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.
3.3 Appropriate use
The user agrees not to use tiCreative for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm tiDocs or third parties.
4. Data Handling
4.1 Submitted content
Content submitted for diagnostic review is processed to generate a diagnostic result and is not stored, retained, or used for any other purpose. No input content persists after the diagnostic response is returned.
4.2 Discovery and schema information
Information shared during Reviewer Setup sessions is used solely to configure the user's custom diagnostic schema. It is not shared with third parties, not used to improve tiCreative's standard framework, and is deleted upon request or contract termination.
4.3 AI processing
tiCreative processes content via Amazon Bedrock. Under AWS data handling policy, input data is not used to train or improve foundation models.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 tiDocs IP
The diagnostic framework, schema design methodology, pattern definitions, and underlying logic of tiCreative are the proprietary intellectual property of tiDocs Pte Ltd. These are not disclosed to users and may not be reverse-engineered, reproduced, or replicated.
5.2 User content
All content submitted by the user remains the property of the user and their clients. tiDocs claims no ownership over submitted content.
5.3 Custom schema
Custom diagnostic schemas configured during Reviewer Setup are based on information provided by the user. The schema design and implementation remain the intellectual property of tiDocs. Upon contract termination, tiDocs will provide a written summary of schema design decisions and delete all internal records upon request.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Paid Pilot
The Paid Pilot is priced at USD 249 for one month, including custom schema setup. Early partner pricing may be offered at tiDocs' discretion.
6.2 Monthly subscription
Following the Paid Pilot, monthly subscription plans are available starting from USD 149 per month. Pricing is confirmed at the time of subscription.
6.3 Schema updates
Reviewer schema updates requested via the Update Chat are charged at SGD 7 per update, added to the next invoice. Updates included in promotional periods are exempt.
6.4 Payment terms
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. tiDocs reserves the right to suspend access for overdue accounts.
7. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for the current billing period. Upon termination, access is suspended and all schema and Discovery information is deleted upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tiDocs Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of tiCreative, including but not limited to:
- Decisions made based on diagnostic outputs
- Loss of business, revenue, or contracts
- Any outcome resulting from submitted content
tiDocs' total liability in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
tiCreative is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. tiDocs does not warrant that diagnostic outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The user relies on diagnostic outputs at their own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
11. Changes to Terms
tiDocs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of tiCreative after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
