tiDocs Pte Ltd ("tiDocs", "we", "us") operates tiCreative, a content diagnostic tool for professional service teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of tiCreative.
We are committed to handling all information with care, transparency, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
2. What we collect and why
2.1 Content submitted for diagnostic review
When you use tiCreative, you submit text and optionally images for diagnostic analysis. This content is:
- Processed in real time to generate a diagnostic result
- Not stored, logged, or retained after the response is returned
- Not used to train or improve any AI model
- Not shared with any third party
2.2 Reviewer Setup information
During Reviewer Setup, you share information about your agency's review standards, client industries, and senior reviewer criteria. This information is:
- Used solely to configure your custom diagnostic schema
- Stored securely in tiDocs' managed AWS environment (Singapore region)
- Never used for any other agency's configuration
- Never used to improve tiCreative's standard framework
- Deleted upon request or contract termination
2.3 Contact information
When you contact us by email, we retain your email address and correspondence for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and managing your account.

4. How we protect your information
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS
- tiCreative runs on AWS infrastructure in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region
- Processing is handled via AWS Lambda — stateless, with no persistent storage of submitted content
- Custom schema data is stored in encrypted AWS S3 with restricted access
- Only tiDocs personnel directly responsible for your engagement have access to schema data
- Input content is excluded from system logs
5. AI processing
tiCreative uses Amazon Bedrock to process submitted content. Under AWS's data handling policy for Amazon Bedrock:
- Input data is not used to train or improve foundation models
- Your content is not stored by AWS beyond the processing request

6. Sharing of information
tiDocs does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except:
- AWS — for infrastructure and processing (subject to AWS's data protection commitments)
- As required by Singapore law or legal process
7. Your rights
Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Data retention
- Submitted content: deleted immediately after diagnostic response
- Custom schema data: retained for the duration of your subscription, deleted upon request or within 30 days of termination
- Email correspondence: retained for up to 2 years
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email. Continued use of tiCreative after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
